NSTnation: Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the government is searching for Malaysians who would be interested in partaking in the project.

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said the government is searching for Malaysians who would be interested in partaking in the project.“If you expect salary, you won’t go far, but if you do business, you can become a millionaire.“I’d like to find people who would be interested to be sent to Okinawa and other places in Japan to learn their business ,” he said in his speech during the Nak Ubah Hidup 2020 programme at the Setia City Convention Centre in Setia Alam here, today.

The Prime Minister also expressed hope for more Malaysians to try something new in an effort to improve their lot in life.“They asked me to try to make one on my own and I thought to myself, ‘I’ve never done this before, so how can I do it?’ “What’s important is we learn. If we have a capability but won’t make efforts to polish it, then we won’t be able to harness that capability,” he added.
