PUTRAJAYA must provide a holistic action plan for the implementation of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership to realise its benefits in increasing economic activity in the country, a research institute said today. The Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs said this was necessary, especially when more trader partners are set to participate and embrace the CPTPP.
