Govt has the means to raise funds for Prihatin and Penjana stimulus packages, says economist

Bank Islam chief economist Dr Mohd Afzanizam Abdul Rashid said the government has the means to do it . “So we need the right catalyst to jump-start the economy as the infection curve has flattened. In this instance, the government is the main agent that stimulates the economy and they should seize the moment soonest possible,” he said.
