Govt aims to make 95% of services available online

PUTRAJAYA intends to offer online delivery for 95% of government services as part of its digital transformation plan, said minister Mustapa Mohamed. At the same time, the Perikatan Nasional administration wants 70% of intra-government communications and services to be digitised, said Mustapa who heads the economic planning unit under the prime minister’s department.
