Gov. Tom Wolf today announced a $1.7 billion plan to provide relief to families, workers, small business owners and funnel funding into the health care system, land conservation and recreation. The federal funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) is aimed at helping Pennsylvania recover from the pandemic, while investing in future progress, Wolf said in a statement.
