Senate President Nicholas Scutari has called the sales tax holiday a “direct attack on inflation” and the governor said it will “help make New Jersey more affordable.” Cool. I’m all for the affordability movement, but when 50 cents off a Trapper Keeper passes for relief it calls into question the judgment of the guys in charge.
