Gov. Josh Shapiro calls Musk's million-dollar giveaways 'deeply concerning'
Musk, 53, has pledged to randomly dole out a $1 million check every day from Saturday until Nov. 5 to a registered voter in Pennsylvania or one of five other critical swing states if they sign his generic America PAC petition backing freedom of speech and the right to bear arms.
