Gov. Spencer Cox has personally invited a Texas news anchor to Utah after he said he never wanted to visit the state during a morning newscast.

News anchor Keith Russell shared Monday on KTVT Channel 11, a KUTV CBS affiliate, that despite Utah's picturesque fall foliage, he still "has no intention of going."On Tuesday, Gov.
