Governor Greg Abbott on Wednesday urged Texans at home and abroad to remain vigilant and follow official guidance as military actions in Iran and the Middle East continue. The governor emphasized the safety of Texans is the state's top priority and said Texas officials are coordinating with federal partners to monitor development overseas. “The safety and well-being of Texans are paramount,” Abbott said. “Now more than ever, Texans must remain vigilant and follow the guidance of U.S. officials as military action continues overseas.
