The Gotham City-set rookie from Berlanti Productions will bow at 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, right after the 8 p.m. S3 debut ofMisha Collins, left, and Oscar Morgan in ‘Gotham Knights’ Batman is dead, and a powder keg has ignited Gotham City without the Dark Knight to protect it.
