Biden opposed expanding the size of the Supreme Court during the primary campaign, but has evaded the question as the Democratic presidential nominee. On Friday, Biden said voters"don't deserve" to know his position on expanding the Supreme Court before the election. And on Saturday, Biden pointed instead to the Republicans' efforts to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court saying they were"packing the court now. It’s not constitutional what they’re doing. We should be focused on what’s happening right now."
