The next Pixel Feature Drop is expected in March, and all being well, the dual eSIM option should be available to the public at that point. If you are eager to try this now, it is possible to sign up for the beta, although, as with any beta program, you run the software at your own risk, and it's not recommended to use your primary phone without ensuring frequent backups of your information.
