President Trump plans to sign a 'social media'-focused executive order on Thursday, White House aides told reporters traveling on Air Force One. Trump's order would require the Federal Communications Commission to clarify regulations of the Communications Decency Act. That federal law largely exempts online platforms from legal liability for users' posts.
