HGTV star Mina Starsiak Hawk is sharing how exercise and prioritizing her fitness is helping her get through some recent struggles in her life. The “Good Bones” star uploaded a workout video on Instagram Sept. 25 set to Taylor Swift’s “...Ready For It?” and showed her doing jumping jacks, lunges and weightlifting before finishing with some stretches. In the caption, she opened up about why she wanted to start working out again following some taxing months. “Are you ready for it,” she began.
“By the time it came to make a decision to stay, I just couldn’t... we were losing money,” she said. Starsiak Hawk previously closed the original location of her store in the Indianapolis neighborhood of Fountain Square in 2023, reported the Indianapolis Star. She had opened that location with her mom and “Good Bones” costar Karen Laine before the shop relocated to Noblesville, Indiana.
