George Gilbey's family have broken their silence after the Gogglebox star's tragic death at the age of 40 following a workplace accident in Shoebury, near Southend-on-Sea
The family of Gogglebox star George Gilbey has spoken out after he sadly passed away at the age of 40. George had died following a terrible accident at work in Shoebury, near Southend-on-Sea.
"Sadly, the man died at the scene. We will continue liaising with partners including the Heath and Safety Executive. A cordon remains in place at the scene." She also cleared up why there were new posts on George's Instagram after he died. She said they were set up by George before and asked people to let them mourn quietly: "These are all scheduled posts that George had previously set, it doesn't need reporting, please just allow all of us family and friends to grieve in peace."
"You Always lit up the room, cared for others and the memories we made I'll cherish for ever brother. From us having the time of our lives coming out of CBB to speaking to you last week, I'm going to hugely miss you ma boiii!"
