“Good Morning America” surprises mom of four and Hamden Fire Department Assistant Fire Chief Shelly Carter for the 25th anniversary of “Breakfast in Bed.”
Carter has been a trailblazer for over two decades and in 2023, was sworn in as the first Black female fire chief in New England.
