Global Uranium Corp. announces the extension of marketing services contracts with Euro Digital Media Ltd. and Allcaps Media for a combined 135 days. Both agreements focus on increasing brand visibility and reaching target audiences through online marketing campaigns and strategic content placement.

CALGARY, Alberta, Jan. 10, 2025 --") is pleased to announce, further to its news release on November 7,2024, that it has further extended the term of its engagement of Euro Digital Media Ltd. to provide marketing services for an anticipated additional period of 45 days, or until budget exhaustion, commencing on January 13, 2025, and provided that the term of the marketing services may be extended or shortened at the discretion of management.

The landing page developed by Euro Digital Media Ltd. have been reviewed and approved by the Company. The Company will make three monthly payments of €15,000.00 to Allcaps. The Company will not issue any securities to Allcaps as compensation for its marketing services. As of the date hereof, to the Company’s knowledge, Allcaps does not own any securities of the Company and has an arm’s length relationship with the Company.Global Uranium Corp. focuses on exploring and developing uranium assets primarily in North America.
