Long queues have been sighted as the kiosks are Terminal 2 are not operational, forcing travellers to manually check in at counters. Hampir 10 tahun traveling bawa group, tak pernah lagi nampak crowd di KLIA seramai ini.Memang penuh orang tengah Q kat setiap counter untuk check in. So yang mana ada penerbangan terdekat ni, sila datang awal ya.Kiosks memang offline.Express airport train service KLIA Express announced on X that its payment system is down and tickets can only be purchased manually.

Please proceed to the counter to buy your tickets.So far only Air Asia has confirmed its inhouse systems to be affected while still allowing for flights to operate.
