Global financial markets plummet amid fears second coronavirus wave will wreak more damage on economies
The three main US share indexes experienced their worst day in weeks yesterday. There were also drops seen in China, Japan, Hong Kong as well as across Europe. It comes as UK economy shrank by 20.4 per cent in April - the biggest fall ever.
