The problem was due to a technical hardware issue that was quickly resolved, and patient caregiving was not affected, the Clinic said.is an online tool that allows Clinic patients to see their electronic medical record and test results, message their physician, schedule appointments and more. Patients who were unable to log in to MyChart could make appointments by phone, the Clinic said.
