Glickenhaus says it will return to the WEC for a third season with its Le Mans Hypercar next year.
Team owner Jim Glickenhaus told Motorsport.com at the launch of the new Qatar WEC fixture scheduled for thethat he will definitely return to the series for a third season with a minimum of one Pipo-engined 007 LMH.
"We will be in the WEC next year, and the worst-case scenario is that we will be back with just one car," he said. "That could be two cars run by ourselves or perhaps we will work with a customer operation, but we really do see ourselves as a factory team - even if we are a teeny factory team - because we go racing to sell our cars."
Glickenhaus wouldn't be drawn on what needs to happen for the team to go beyond a single entry or when he will be able to say more about his 2023 programme.
