“McCloskey, what are you doing here?” Swanson replies in shock as Powell’s character — whose outfit is complete with a gold pumpkin belt buckle — approaches the group at the Quahog annual Pumpkin Contest.Serving as the reigning champion of the Pumpkin Contest and the antagonist of the episode, Powell brings his classic charisma and humor to the role of McCloskey.

While Swanson tells him to “get lost,” McCloskey warns: “Oh, no, I’m stickin’ around. I’m gonna get to the bottom of this.” Helmed by Seth MacFarlane, Family Guy is known for its robust slate of famous guest stars, Powell being the most recent in a long line of greats.
