Glastonbury's 50th anniversary will not go ahead, due to Coronavirus.
: 52% of the lineup was due to be made up by females or bands featuring a mix of genders.
The festival's organiser, Emily Eavis, decided to make the tough decision before 1st April, when ticket holders were due to pay the remaining balance of the £270 ticket price. Those who do not want a refund for their £50 deposit will have their ticket carried over to next year, which will now become the festival's 50th anniversary event.It is unknown at this stage whether the full 'equality' line up will appear at the festival in 2021.
