Police are hunting a driver following a crash in Glasgow's east end where a car was abandoned at the scene.
Officers were called to Shettleston Road on Saturday morning. The alarm was raised just before 9am following reports of a one-vehicle smash. One vehicle was found at the scene. When Glasgow Live approached Police Scotland for clarification they confirmed that the vehicle was definitely a car, however, no description was provided.Officers stated that 'no occupants' were found at the scene - just the car. A force spokesman told Glasgow Live “At around 8.55am on Saturday, September 17 police were called to Shettleston Road in Glasgow, following a report of a one-vehicle crash. Officers attended and there was no trace of any occupants at the scene.
