A brand new luxury development in Newton Mearns can now be viewed by the public, with a virtual tour and festive photography.

Four have already been sold or reserved, while two are set for future release. The cheapest property left is currently accepting offers over £1,159,995 while the most expensive sit at £1,179,995. Two types of homes are available, The Spence and The Mackintosh. The pricier Mackintosh homes are built across three floors with a gym, games room and grand oak entrance hall - as well as a glass staircase.
