Giulia and Perez engaged in a fierce battle, with their previous encounters feeling different this time. Cora Jade interfered at one point, but Giulia persevered despite Perez targeting her arm and wrist throughout the match.
Giulia managed to counter Perez's submission attempts and delivered a powerful slam, knocking out Perez for a brief period to secure the pin and become the new NXT Women's Champion. The match began with both competitors vying for control, resulting in a stalemate. They traded submission attempts before Perez slapped Giulia, igniting her fury. Giulia retaliated with a headbutt and a missile dropkick. While Giulia gained the upper hand initially, Perez focused on Giulia's hand and arm, inflicting pain and bending her fingers backwards. Perez maintained control during the commercial break, relentlessly targeting Giulia's injured arm. Giulia fought back, inflicting pain on Perez, before they engaged in a brawl. Giulia sent Perez into the corner turnbuckle, leading to a huricanrana and pin attempt by Perez. Giulia kicked out, prompting Perez to stomp on Giulia's hand repeatedly.
