Anton Du Beke 'is standing by' Giovanni Pernice after he quit Strictly Come Dancing amid the BBC's 'serious misconduct' probe. The pair are appearing together in a live show called Giovanni and Anton Together: The Live Tour, which will begin in June.
The embattled star, who has seen his Strictly career swiped from him following Amanda Abbington's claims he was abrasive with her, was back on the dancefloor.

'I don't know if you remember England this year didn't do that well, how do you say in French, zero point,' giggled Giovanni. 'Usually he would reference Strictly, he loved the show so I suppose that would be normal but this time it was like it didn't exist.' Sources close to the inquiry say that the verdict won't be given for 'weeks' after Amanda hired a lawyer from London-based legal firm Carter-Ruck.
