So far, Reps. Dutch Ruppersberger , Salud Carbajal , Jesus “Chuy” Garcia , Kevin Hern and Sen. Dick Durbin have committed to rid their campaign coffers of the potentially ill-gotten funds.Ruppersberger will donate a $500 contribution made last year by Gabriel Bankman-Fried to the University of Maryland Medical System Foundation, his spokesman told The Post.
