Then using your fingers, tease the space between the first hairband and the second to loosen it into more of a bubble shape. Keep repeating these steps down your ponytail until you get toward the bottom, and voila.
“First part your hair where you want the zigzag parting to sit, either in the middle or on the side. Take a fine-toothed tail comb and drag it left to right over your parting, deciding whether you want a bigger, more defined pattern or a smaller zigzag. Divide your hair on either side to show the parting. Then, you can either gel it down and go for a slick, spiky bun look, or keep it down like our 90s faves.
