The Giants are 2-6 and have lost three straight games.
Here’s a look at where things stand on the injury front for coach Brian Daboll’s team, with the final injury report coming later Friday:
Gillan didn’t practice Wednesday or Thursday. Ezeudu progressed to limited participant after not practicing Wednesday. So did Smith-Marsette and Tracy. Flott, Jackson, and Schmitz were limited both days. And Runyan on Thursday popped up on the injury report, as a limited participant. Before Friday’s practice, Daboll said Gillan is the only player who has been ruled out at this point. Daboll is hopeful Tracy will clear the concussion protocol in time for Sunday, because he is in the final stage of the protocol. He said Flott is trending toward playing against the Commanders.Daboll said he has no concerns about Runyan’s “sore” foot. It seems he also isn’t worried about Schmitz.
