It didn’t take long for the Heat and Bucks to both lose stars to injuries in their playoff opener.
Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo won’t return after suffering a lower back contusion in the first quarter of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference first-round series on Sunday in Milwaukee.
Heat guard Tyler Herro will also not be back and his availability for the rest of the series could be in jeopardy after breaking his right hand in the second quarter. Antetokounmpo was injured when he landed hard on his back after colliding with Kevin Love on a drive.A blocking foul was called on Love, and Antetokounmpo shot his two free throws and tried to continue.
