How Ghosts S4's best cameo could still work.
Although Ghosts season 4’s latest casting news did admittedly shut down one long-awaited cameo, this guest star could still appear in an even better capacity. The ghosts of Ghosts season 4 are a compelling bunch, but the CBS sitcom is not above utilizing cameos from time to time to keep viewers invested. Already, season 4 has seen Mary Holland star as Patience the Puritan ghost for three outings, while Breaking Bad’s Dean Norris played Sam’s estranged father, Frank.

Isaac has discussed his supposed rivalry with Alexander Hamilton at length, and his actor Brandon Scott James announced that Hamilton’s ghost would finally appear on-screen in 2024. Ghosts star Utkarsh Ambudkar talked about trying to get Lin-Manuel Miranda, the writer and star of the Broadway hit Hamilton, to play the historical figure on the sitcom.
This cameo would afford Miranda a golden opportunity for some funny self-parody, while characters talking about Miranda’s hit Hamilton would make Isaac’s blood boil.
