Over the years, Georgia cemented herself as an agony aunt on TV and online and now has penned her very own book,"I realised after talking about my life, I didn't know a lot!" Georgia tells heat. "Growing up I feel like I never knew much, I always used to ask questions. So I basically wrote it all down so other people don't have to ask those questions."
"So I'll put something on TV or I'll put on some background noise and I will literally sit with a glass of milk and sit on my phone. I just scroll or catch up with my friends, because that's the only time I have to reply to WhatsApp. I'm so bad! "I used to go once a month pre Brody but now it's more like once every two months and I'll get a full cleanse and stuff."I either look very plain or I look really glam - there is no in-between! If I had to get ready quickly for dinner with the girls or something then I would use the. It's like a highlighter and I put it all over my skin to give me a glow look. It's not glittery but it's glowy.
"Obviously, working out is great for your mental health and everything is great in moderation, but I took it to the extreme. I did two gym sessions a day and wasn't really eating and it was the worst thing for myself and my body. I'd say that's definitely a helpful thing I've learned."
