North Paulding High School students will return to campus next week on alternating days after the school was closed this week to be disinfected.
North Paulding High School students and staff are set to return to campus part-time next week after the school closed due to an outbreak of coronavirus.
As of Wednesday, the school has reported at least 35 confirmed cases among the student population of 2,000, according to the Paulding County School District.Paulding County's school system is not requiring students and staff to wear face coverings, but are supplying teachers with masks. "Obviously, the rate of COVID-19 spread is a concern that will require us to adapt our plan for in-person instruction to protect the health and safety of our students and staff," school officials wrote to parents on Wednesday.
