A man has shared a 'true food hack' for getting the freshest McDonald's fries every time you order - and it's blowing people's minds after being shared on TikTok
Jonathan Paul Lambiase, a content creator from America who runs the popular food channel Hellthy Junk Food, has shared a "true food hack" for getting fresher fries at McDonald's.
The real trick comes when you reach the window, where you should request a medium cup and salt packets. "Pour in a few salt packets into the cup, dump in your fries and shake them up. With the residual oil, the salt will stick to the fries nicely, giving you hot, fresh salted fries," he suggests. However, not everyone was convinced, with one viewer suggesting: "They can just put the fries back in the fryer for five seconds to burn off the salt." Another pointed out: "You can just ask for fresh fries, don't have to waste the cup and salt and it tastes the same."
2. Check with the Staff You can ask the staff directly when the next batch of fries will be ready and wait if the timeframe is short. Politeness goes a long way in getting good service.
