Trashy behavior is plaguing residents of Black, Alabama.
"We do not believe that this is the result of an accident but intentional vandalism," the Geneva County Sheriff 's Office said in a Facebook post.Over the last few weeks, several garbage cans have been destroyed in and around Black, according to the Geneva County Sheriff ’s Office .
Rather than accidental damage, the destruction is believed to be directly related to “intentional vandalism,” according to a post on the GCSO’s Facebook page. While the damaged cans belonging to the county will be replaced at no charge, funding for the replacement bins comes from taxpayer dollars.The Sheriff’s Office said it plans to place surveillance cameras in several places around the area in hopes of catching the culprit.and receive the latest local news and weather straight to your email every morning.
