Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman, his wife Betsy Arakawa and their dog were found dead at their home in New Mexico on Wednesday.The Santa Fe New Mexican cited County Sheriff Adan Mendoza, who confirmed the news to the newspaper. The two lived a quiet life in Santa Fe, where Hackman had retired after stepping away from Hollywood in 2004.
