A 61-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were among those killed, the medical examiner’s office said Monday, though the office has not released their names.The fourth person has not been identified by officials. The explosion rocked the Southeast Side around Brooks City Base at about 11:30 p.m. Friday night, shaking homes and prompting a flurry of calls to 911 to report the explosion. First responders were sent to K-Bar Services in the 9700 block of South Presa Street, where firefighters found evidence of “a large explosion,” San Antonio Fire Department spokesman Joe Arrington said.
One person was found dead at the scene immediately, while a second body was found Saturday afternoon, and the third body was found Saturday night. The fourth victim was discovered Sunday.
