Driscoll said that while Gen Z seeks fair pay, equity, respectful treatment, and a balanced life outside work, these are reasonable expectations that any responsible employer should strive to meet.'They're not even asking for what was promised and delivered to prior generations, something entirely unachievable in today's environment of massive and record company profits at the expense of employee well-being and economic success,' Driscoll said.
