Sporting a seriously sleek hairdo, Gemma puts one hand on her hip and twiddles her blonde locks with the other as she pulls her best pout. Gemma plugged the £250 injections - which claim to suppress the appetite and helps the body turn stored fat into energy - on Instagram. "This is what you get when you order off SkinnyJab. It does help. It really does help. Yeah, cannot wait to be out of lockdown in a nice summer dress in summer."Gemma revealed she has lost two stone with the help of weight loss injections, who then shared the footage online saying "look at this fat pig".
