Days after a mass shooting in Monterey Park, Gavin Newsom gave a forceful response to CBS reporter when pressed about his opinion on the Second Amendment.

He then goes on to describe the shootings in the U.S. as"anomalous" to the rest of the world, and talks about the need to further regulate large-capacity magazines, which he called"insane." Later in the interview, O'Donnell references Newsom's earlier comments about the Second Amendment and is interrupted when she begins to ask another question. She pushes back, saying that many people in the U.S. support the Second Amendment."Yeah, I have great respect.
