"We are moving to our communities doing door-to-door and a ward-based plan in terms of the strategy," Masuku said.
"This is also what we think will be our backbone of our National Health Insurance, because what we are hoping to build beyond this is a primary healthcare system that is able to create a sustainable healthcare system going forward."
