We appeal to drivers to adhere to the rules of the road, that is to comply,” Sibasa explains. Sibasa says 25 drivers have been arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol over the long weekend in Gauteng. He is urging those returning to the province today to obey the rules of the roads as officers will be out in full force.
