Gateway Mall 2 stood out for its high-tech features and enhanced customer experiences, including the Quantum Skyview, a massive activity area with the first LED-powered ceiling in the metro.Since its opening, the mall hosted notable events such as the 2023 PPOPCON, the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup viewing party, and the official Philippine launch of Taylor Swift's '1989 ' album. It even set a Guinness World Record for the most variety of pork dishes served at the 2024 Hog Festival.
