Oil firms are set to hike pump prices of gasoline for the second straight week on Tuesday, while rolling back those of diesel and kerosene.

In separate advisories, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. and Seaoil Philippines Corp. said they will hike prices per liter of gasoline by P1.00, while reducing those of diesel by P0.10, and kerosene by P0.60.Other firms have yet to make similar announcements for the week.

Latest data available from the Department of Energy indicate a year-to-date net income of P5.70 per liter for gasoline, and net decreases of P0.90 per liter for diesel and P1.05 per liter for kerosene as of March 7, 2023. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
