LAS VEGAS - A gas station employee has been accused of beating a customer with a baseball bat when he tried to take " much cheese from the nacho cheese machine," police said.

The victim was taken to the hospital and police said they questioned 47-year-old Myron Bullie, who was working at the gas station at the time of the incident.Police said Bullie showed them "a cheese machine that broke" because he "was getting much cheese from the nacho cheese machine." Bullie told the man that the store was closed, but when he would not leave Bullie picked up a baseball bat and pushed the man out of the store, saying "You should get the out of my way when I tell get the out," according to police.

Police said that when they questioned the man who called 911, he said he was pumping gas when he saw the victim covered in blood and a gas station employee standing outside. He allegedly told the gas station employee, later identified as Bullie, to call 911, who in response said, "I'm not going to call 911, he better have learned a lesson."
