Gary Neville has given his verdict on Raheem Sterling 's future as the Chelsea forward continues to be linked with a deadline day move to Arsenal and Manchester United .
The 29-year-old winger, who is said to be on around £300,000 per week, was deemed an "important player" byDespite having three years remaining on his deal, it appears Sterling is destined to leave Stamford Bridge – and a number of clubs are reportedly interested in his services.But amid the ongoing rumours, Gary Neville has questioned whether Arsenal or Manchester United need to sign Sterling.
"I love Raheem Sterling, I worked with him very closely with England while I was there," Neville said onwould see that as a piece of business. Just looking at their squad they've got players they need to try and get the best out of.who already play in those areas. If they're losing faith in one or some of those players but it doesn't strike me at this moment as being an essential signing for Man United.
"The Arsenal and Man United links don't make sense to me.
