The Great British Menu champion, one of the very few chefs to have ever held two Michelin Stars, will open his first Manchester restaurant inside Gary Neville's hotel
One of the UK's most acclaimed chefs is teaming up with Manchester United legend Gary Neville to take over the restaurant at his five star Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester city centre.
Hotel boss Gary announced the news tonight saying: "We couldn’t be happier to be partnering with Niall Keating for Tender and bringing his culinary expertise to the hotel. "I want a space that feels vibrant, warm and energetic, that brings to life the history of the stock exchange roots of the hotel, while providing an upscale and comfortable brasserie dining experience."
England and United footballing great Gary will be hoping the big name signing of Keating will entice diners to the stunning restaurant inside the hotel, which features a grand domed roof. Niall became the youngest chef to ever gain two Michelin stars aged 30, during his five years as executive chef at Whatley Manor in Wiltshire.
Neville, alongside fellow Manchester United Class of '92 star Ryan Giggs, first opened the Stock Exchange Hotel in 2019 after a lavish transformation of the city's former stock exchange building on Norfolk Street.
