It comes after an attempt to replace frontman Tony Hadley with a new, younger singer “didn’t work”, according to the remaining bandmates.“We tried to do it with a different singer a year ago – I didn’t enjoy it, I don’t think it works for us all.Theatre star Ross William Wild, 32, joined the group in 2018 after Tony quit in 2017 , but left after a short run.Although in 2007, Tony said he believed hell could have frozen over and the band would never reform - two years later, they did.
