So, again, he didn’t way much, but what the country music legend did say, it appears, is that he is going to fight this one out.According to multiple reports, the woman, listed as Jane Roe in court documents, claims that Brooks raped her in a hotel room in Los Angeles back in 2019.
The woman also claimed that Brooks “frequently discussed sex acts, sexual fantasies, sent sexually explicit text messages and suggested sexual threesome with Yearwood” and her, USA Today reported. “We applaud our client’s courage in moving forward with her complaint against Garth Brooks,” the woman’s attorney, Douglas Wigdor told CBS. “The complaint filed today demonstrates that sexual predators exist not only in corporate America, Hollywood and in the rap and rock and roll industries but also in the world of country music.
